Morgan & Richardson are a friendly local firm of general practice solicitors with offices situated in Cardigan, Ceredigion. We are well-established and can trace the roots of our practice all the way back to the late 1700’s

Ideally based to offer quality legal advice to clients throughout West Wales and beyond, we provide legal advice and services in a wide range of areas for private and business clients. Whatever the nature of the work we are dealing with our aim is to offer a prompt and efficient service, making sure that we keep you informed of progress on your matter at all times. It is our aim to deal with correspondence on the same day it is received so that our high standards of efficiency are maintained.

Every effort is made to see clients at the most convenient location. Home visits or appointments at other locations can usually be arranged for clients unable to attend our offices.

Ian was born and raised in Pembrokeshire. Having attained his Law Degree in Cardiff, and studied thereafter at the College of Law, London, Ian qualified in 1989. His main areas of practice lie in:

Ian is a director of the Company.

As well as working as a solicitor, he is a livestock farmer with a keen interest in the Agricultural Industry.

Ian  is a fluent welsh-speaker.

Arwyn was born and raised in the Gwaun Valley, Pembrokeshire.  He  graduated from Aberystwyth University in 1996 and subsequently studied at the College of Law, Chester.  Having trained with us, Arwyn qualified as a solicitor in 2000. He is a Director of the company and his main areas of practice lie in:

Arwyn is a fluent welsh-speaker and is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation Scheme.

Outside of the office Arwyn can often be seen performing on stage at Theatr Mwldan, Cardigan with the popular local Opera group “Opera Teifi”.

Nia went to school in Cardigan, and having graduated in Law from Aberystwyth University she went on to study the LPC there. She received the award for Student of the Year on the LPC for receiving the best overall result in her year. Nia joined us as a Trainee Solicitor in August 2012. She is a fluent welsh-speaker..

Nia is an active member of Capel Ty Rhos Cilgerran. She divides her spare time between socialising and studying for her masters degree in Legal Practice.
